I Guess It /Is A Thing

 A while back I posted about a squirrel faking his own death.

A hilarious video, that I that I thought could have been done with AI, because what squirrel could actually do this.

He apparently didn't think was convincing enough, so he pulled the broom stick up higher around his neck. 

At the time I'm thinking, that can't be real, that can't be a thing.

But on a walk about today, I came across a different fellow trying the same thing.

Spread eagled.  Stick over his chest.

But this guy was way more convincing.

After some research, I found that animals, if confronted by a predator, will often fake their own death to throw off the predator..  I guess the first guy thought lady coming in to do laundry was pretty frightening....

If At First You Don't Succeed....

A while back I posted about a Florida Man trying to ride a hamster ball to the Bahamas.

Well,, heeeee's baaaaack....

Maybe the Bahamas was just a test run.

However, apparently he was just arrested, about 70 miles off the coast of Georgia by the USCG  The "vessel" was not properly registered.. 

But it took them three days to convince him to get out of the contraption.

He said he had a knife and could kill himself and has a bomb and would blow the hamster ball up.  

So if at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again.  As he was arrested doing this in 2014. 2016, 2021,

Way to go, Florida Man!

Apparently I'm Not The Only One

A while back I posted about what I thought would be a very expensive travel agent.  See You Know You're Paying Too Much for a refresher.

So today as I was passing by, something now missing from that window.

Poor old Laurier's name is gone.  

And likely his business, too.
