And the host for this gab fest is.....Dr. Sultan al-Jaber, CEO of the state-owned oil company of the United Arab Emirates.

Of course!

And remember, all those climate crusaders, John Kerry, Leo DiCaprio, likely Harry & Megs, will be flying in on their private Gulfstreams.

The BBC already got a hold of leaked documents from the confab about a side deal with China.

And the UN just issued a proclamation stating that the US must cut down on its meat consumption.

Hmmm...wonder what's on the menu at COP28?

And the hypocrisy is certainly not lost on cartoonists....

Do these two clowns not see what everyone else sees?

They claim to be leading advocates of changing your lifestyle to become carbon neutral. 

In fact, in 2021 they made a public pledge to be carbon neutral by 2030.

To support that pledge, of course they hopped on a private Gulfstream jet - owned by an oil & gas heir! - for a 40 minute flight to Sin City to attend a Katy Perry concert.

And they wonder why;

• people don't take them seriously
• can't stand them
• can't stand any of these hypocrites like Leo Dicaprio & John Kerry, who wag their fingers at you to live a feudal existence while they spew CO2 in your face.

Okay, who else is pissing me off?

Oh yeah, these progressive white women who are converting to Islam to support Palestinians when they would rarely, if ever, be allowed outside without their fathers, husbands or older sons if they actually lived over there.  And let's not even start to talk about their treatment of the LGBTQ+ community.

Oh sorry, I meant I'm pissed off at the Leafs.

According to the article, this was only one department's costs at the three day "affordability retreat" in Prince Edward Island - because none of the others responded to the information request.

Apparently Trudeau and 38 cabinet ministers - and associated staff!  - also attended.

The theme for the retreat: find solutions to Canada's affordability crisis.

The irony escapes them.

But since they came away with no concrete plans, I read some where they know what the problem is; they should have stayed longer!

Man, I Miss Those Days....
