I guess it's true the Japanese aren't a very large people. Plus, the sign on the sliding window says, keep it locked as I share this balcony with the person next door.
Who was, coincidentally or not, the woman sitting in front of me at the course I was taking. And she did heed their warning to keep it locked. And her curtains fully pulled. And she seemed to call security far more often than is normal. What a weirdo.
