The planters will slowly be coming back to life soon.

And soon, poking out from the snow will be.....

Ugh.

Cigarette butts.

All the cigarette butts that people have been throwing in there all winter.

And throwing.

And throwing.

And this was just one planter.

When is this finally going to become a No No?
