Good Sign Or Bad Sign?

An ambulance parked outside your favourite restaurant with a paramedic looking through the door.

I asked him, "Are you here because of a food poisoning incident in the restaurant?"

He said, "I hope not - I'm here to eat!"

Whew.  So I guess that's good news.......
