Be kind of nice to see Alex Ovechkin - the Great 8 - finally win Lord Stanley's Cup.
But also kind of hard not to root that that band of discarded misfits from Las Vegas.
Actually - more correctly - that band of discarded misfits from Canada.
The Vegas Golden Knights have more Canucks than any other team in the NHL.
As Grapes would say "(A lot of) good Canadian boys!"
With their nationalities to prove it.
So as much a Ovie has been a long suffering superstar, kind leaning for the local boys......
