Not Just My Favourite


I had posted previously about two beautiful, very old - and very large - Banyan trees in Naples.

I also posted that Hurricane Irma finally did what no other storm - for I suspect well over 100 years - did. Took them down.

And I guess I'm not the only one that misses these old beauties. Here a woman stands forlornly in front of the felled behemoths.



And here is today.  Those majestic Banyans now only a memory to many.
