The headline is the problem...you have to actually read the article to understand that the RCMP is linking a particular gang to particular crimes. Blame the publication.
I did read the article, Dave, but gangs are always involved with crime. So yes, the paper could have come up with a more precise headline. So this was just supposed to be a funny take on the headline.
