Hope This Is The "Before"

With so many folks working from home, the local paper did a feature on how to set up an ergonomic home office.   Because it is "very important".

Let's compare their set up to what I remember from years ago.

  • monitor at eye level
  • wrists straight
  • keyboard at elbow height
  • arms hanging loosely by your side
  • good lumbar support
  • feet flat on floor
  • no disease ridden children near by

Hmmm...maybe times have changed since my day.

One thing that hasn't changed - you're going get today's COVID stats!

Starting with new cases.

[As always, click on any graph to zoom in.]

Sweet mama!  Quebec is responsible for the big drop, but let's confirm....

Yupper.  Ontario also dipped under 300 new cases - for the first time since March 28th.

With that, get back to your newly ergonomic work set up (laptop in lap - why do you think they call it a laptop? - arms akimbo, chin tucked into neck and back relaxing into soft, comfy cushion) and go!
