Everglades City. Just about as far south in Florida as you can get before you fall inta the swamp.
Everglades city is, you guessed it, right in the middle of the Florida Everglades.
The River of Grass as they call it.
I would call it the River of Gators, as we saw many, many sunning themselves - just to the side of the main highway.
Now by highway I mean two lane road. But it is a highway. Highway US-41.
