Hi, I'm Jim Arnott. For whatever reason, I've decided to create a blog. Why would someone want to read my blog? If you have any ideas, please let me know.
My shtick will be to post photos and comments using only my cell phone. Why? It's not because I'm too cheap to buy a real camera. Don't believe those rumours. It's because, well.......this is the only camera I choose to have. Yeah, that's it.

I think it's now located on Danforth!
Oops - though when I look at their website (http://www.hernandoshideaway.com/) it says it is now called Habaneros (on Wellington St E) and 'ALL HERNANDO'S GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BE HONOURED.'
Today I walked past a place on Dandforth called Fernando's Hideaway.
Then again, http://www.blogto.com/restaurants/fernandos-hideaway-toronto/ says it changed names due to legal reasons, so who knows which is which!
Thanks for the update, Ian. So I guess this location is still no longer Toronto's oldest Mexican eatery. Although who knows if that claim was ever even true.....
