I always really liked this house on Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples. It had almost an understated elegance, with different construction materials and lots of architectural interest. 4,300 square feet.
I was surprised that it just sold for 13.5M$ in December. Wow.
But I was more surprised when I walked by it yesterday and - there it was, gone!
Who in their right mind would pay 13.5M$ for a house and then tear it down?
Crazy!
And what's even more crazy?
This little cottage is listed at 17M$!
