Government job?One steers the golf cart. The other leans over - and sometimes even steps off (below) - to snare garbage.
Now I haven't had the extensive training I'm sure these gals have, but I'm pretty sure the one of me could drive the cart and snare the garbage.
And from what I've read about city union wages - all this for about $25/hr. Excuse me - $50 for the two.
