A renourishment program is when tonnes and tonnes of sand are trucked and trucked and dumped and dumped on to the beach in an attempt to replace "missing" sand.
This is less than one month after the project was completed.
I think Mother Nature is saying, "Really.....?" and giving us the old finger on this one.......
