Mike & Tod - Day 10 - Try'da Hida from Ida

With no luck.

And nowhere to run.

Here, try'da drya from Ida, without much luck here either.

Hands on hips. Whose idea was this trip anyway?

So looks like the idea of riding right along the coast was thought of first by Ida, and that's what counts. She doesn't want company. Coastal roads and bridges are all washed out.

So the boys will have continue their journey more inland. Bummer.

In the middle of August, it's a beautiful ride, right down to Cape May, then the ferry to Delaware, for the straight run down to Virginia Beach. Where weather = clothes.

Oh well, that's what makes travelling fun [said from the console of a warm PC].

60 to 100 Kph winds, torrential rain, extensive flooding. So? I bet Lance Armstrong wouldn't be backing off. Of course, as rumour has it, he had a little 'help' along the way. Have Mike & Tod thought of blood doping? Maybe a human growth hormone and Stanazalol/Winstrol B cocktail. At least they have the 'wick away' clothing.
