Mike & Tod - Day 16

The fellows continued down through North Carolina and made it all the way to Jacksonville.

North Carolina, that is, not Florida.

Not a picturesque day for biking, though, as Mike relates, lots of trucks and $hitty uneven roads.

And of course, rain. As predicted.

But as the weather gets warmer (as ours gets colder) the guys figure there will be a few more opportunities to use the old hammies at night.

And with that, they'll need a to cook up some southern fare outdoors. Maybe possum and grits?

Not sure Tod is at the local Walmart or not, but he was able come away with a nice grill to do up the grub.

So on the new map, they're ready to head down the coast.

And this time aim for Jacksonville. Florida.
