New cases still high, but maybe that is a good sign - if testing has also increased.

732 new cases in Quebec and 260 in Ontario.
And new deaths are lower after that awful day from the rural Ontario retirement home.
All but one of the new deaths in Quebec, the other being Alberta.
I criticized Ontario yesterday for doing such little testing. But maybe that's the way to go.
Less testing, less new cases!
In fact, do no testing. I've solved the problem!
