...continuing to trend in the right direction. But what about Ontario.....?
Wow. Almost too good to be true.
I hope we don't find out that when we ask how they got such great improvement, they say, "Oh, we just stopped counting. Made all the difference."
It could work in other areas, too....
But even governments aren't foolproof.....
